Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms apply to your use of rispa.ai, the Rispa dashboard and the Rispa WhatsApp assistant (the "Service"), provided by Rispa Artificial Intelligence Consultancy W.L.L., commercial registration no. 250922, Qatar ("Rispa", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Rispa provides an AI assistant that answers customers' questions and takes bookings and enquiries for businesses over WhatsApp, with a dashboard for the business's staff to review conversations and reply. Businesses that use Rispa are responsible for the information they give the assistant and for how they deal with their own customers.

Businesses and staff

Customers who message a business

Replies from the assistant are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Check anything important, such as prices, availability or times, with the business directly. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. To ask for your data to be deleted, see Data deletion.

Availability

The Service depends on third parties such as WhatsApp (Meta). We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or suspend it, for example for maintenance.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and Rispa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost bookings or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction.
