Data Deletion

You can ask Rispa to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email danny@rispa.ai with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number (with country code) you used to message the business, and the name of the business if you know it.
3. We will confirm your request is genuine, for example by replying to you on that WhatsApp number, before we delete anything.

What we delete

We delete the conversations, messages, name and phone number linked to your WhatsApp number, including bookings and enquiry details taken from those conversations. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email or WhatsApp when it is done.

What we may keep

We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, for example proof that your request was handled. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Automatic deletion

Whether or not you ask, conversations are deleted 12 months after the last message.
