Rispa Artificial Intelligence Consultancy W.L.L. ("Rispa", "we", "us"), a company registered in Qatar (commercial registration no. 250922), provides an AI-assisted WhatsApp messaging service to businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and what your rights are.
We use this information to respond to your messages, handle bookings and enquiries, pass conversations to the business's staff, keep a record of the conversation, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Replies are drafted by an artificial intelligence model. Your message and the recent conversation are sent to the AI provider named below so it can write a reply. You can ask at any time to speak to a person at the business.
The business you are messaging can see the conversation. We also use the following service providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions.
We may disclose data to a public authority only where the law requires it. We review each request for legality, challenge requests that are unlawful, disclose the minimum necessary and keep a record of each request.
Data is processed in India and the United States, and in other regions where our hosting providers operate. By using the service you understand that your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
We keep conversations for 12 months after the last message, then delete them. We may keep a record for longer where the law requires it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Data is stored in access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. To delete your data, see how to request deletion. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
